Promotion Period The validity period of this Promotion shall be from 14 May, 2018 to 15 July, 2018 at participating Modern Bars, Café, Pubs & Restaurants.
Eligibility This Promotion is open to all non-Muslim Malaysian citizens of aged 21 years or over subject to other criteria set out below, the Standard Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions herein and the relevant laws of Malaysia.
Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
How to participate in the Promotion?
Consumer needs to purchase 2 buckets in a single receipt to receive one (1) bottle cooler sleeve (“the Gift”) from the Participating Outlet(s).
Two (2) buckets (10 bottles x 325ml) [Carlsberg]; or
Two (2) buckets (10 bottles x 325ml) [Carlsberg Smooth Draught].
The Organiser shall not be liable for any non-availability for redemption claims made at the Participating Outlets.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Gift with other merchandise with a similar value, with or without notice.
The Gift are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash credit or any other items. Gift not redeemed within the same day of purchased will be forfeited.
By participating, Consumer agree to the terms & conditions applied.
The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
The Promotion Terms and the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on Consumer who participate in this Promotion. The definitions in the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Promotion Terms. In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the final terms and conditions on Carlsberg’s website shall prevail.
